1. How Technological Innovation Drives the Real Estate Industry
Until now, it was said that the real estate industry was lagging behind other industries in terms of the implementation of technology. That may have been true before, but the gap is now narrowing. It’s becoming more and more common to see different technological advances such as artificial intelligence being implemented in real estate companies. Furthermore, many technology firms are entering the real estate industry to take advantage of the margin of the most profitable operations and using technology to ease the friction generated by real estate activity.
